Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

Exchanges

At this time, Luxe Crush does not offer product exchanges.

If you wish to purchase a different item, we recommend placing a new order separately, subject to our return eligibility requirements.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

We provide prepaid return labels only when a return has been approved due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

How to Start a Return

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

To initiate a return:

  2. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
  3. Wait for return authorization instructions from our customer support team.
  4. After your request has been approved, we will provide the necessary return instructions.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

After reviewing your request, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution. When the issue is verified, Luxe Crush will cover the applicable replacement or return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Depending on your payment provider or financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account.

Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

The standard shipping fee paid during checkout will not be refunded unless otherwise required by applicable law or when an error has occurred on our part.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

Cancellation requests submitted after 24 hours may not be accepted if the order has already entered processing, production, or shipment preparation.

Once processing has begun, the order becomes non-refundable under our cancellation policy.
