  • After 24 hours, your order may already be in processing or shipping and cannot be cancelled.

Eligibility for Cancellation

  • If your order has not shipped yet, we will try our best to cancel it.
  • If your order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may still return it after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

  • If your cancellation is approved, your payment will be refunded to your original payment method.

Non-Cancellable Orders

The following orders cannot be cancelled:

  • Orders that have already shipped
  • Customized, made-to-order, or limited-edition items
